1. Refund Policy

All payments made to Synlex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable. Once a purchase, subscription, or service fee is paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances — including, but not limited to:

  • Partial or non-usage of Services.
  • Change of business requirements.
  • Service dissatisfaction after delivery or access.
  • Subscription cancellation before the end of the billing period.

We encourage customers to review all product details, demos, and service scope before making a purchase decision.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service plan at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account or service access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests can be made through your account dashboard or by emailing us at billing@synlex.in.

Please note that cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of service.

3. Service Modifications or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any product, feature, or service plan with prior notice. In such cases, existing customers will continue to have access until the end of their current billing term.
